Terms and Conditions for Precise Pools

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Precise Pools ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the client ("Client," "you," or "your") regarding the pool services provided. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Provided

The Company offers a range of pool services, including but not limited to:

- Regular pool maintenance

- Chemical balancing

- Cleaning services

- Equipment repair and installation

- Seasonal opening and closing of pools

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

- Services will be scheduled at mutually agreed times.

- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

- Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.

- Accepted payment methods include cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal or by card through the website.

- Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

- Clients must provide access to the pool area during scheduled service times.

- It is the Client’s responsibility to inform the Company of any hazards or special conditions related to the pool.

6. Liability Waiver

While we strive to provide the highest quality of service, the Company is not liable for any damages or injuries arising from the use of the pool or any related equipment. Clients are advised to maintain proper insurance coverage.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered will be due.

8. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of of US Federal law and Oklahoma Stste law.
