After scheduling Precise will visit the property and diagnose any necessary repairs.
After diagnosis we will deliver a written quote for any repairs via email. All repairs will be quoted so that equipment is returned to full & safe functionality. Replacement motors are manufactured in the US and additional parts are OEM and purchased locally when possible. Thirty-five percent good faith deposit requested upon approval.
Once quote is approved via email we will schedule and confirm a follow up trip to preform any necessary repairs. We will text before entering the property & once the job is complete. Customer presence is welcome, but not necessary. Pool will be photographed in working order before leaving the property. Any parts removed will be placed in or near trash receptacle or per customer request.
After completion an invoice will be delivered via email for any remaining charges. The invoice will be Net 14, though any prompt attention is greatly appreciated. Multiple payment options are available including cash, check, card via website, Venmo, Cash App & PayPal.
After invoice is satisfied in full we will email a receipt for all work preformed along with a copy of any product documentation, manufacturer warranty & a copy of our warranty terms and policies.
